Return Policy

🔹 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

    • Unused and in its original packaging (box, accessories, manuals, etc.).

    • Free from physical damage, scratches, or tampering.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.


🔹 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom PC builds and special orders tailored to your specifications.

  • Digital products & software licenses once delivered or activated.

  • Consumables (thermal paste, cables, batteries, etc.) if opened.


🔹 Process for Returns

  2. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

  3. Our team will arrange inspection and confirm eligibility.

  4. If approved, you may return the item to our warehouse or request pickup (where available).


🔹 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after the returned product passes inspection.

  • Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise.


🔹 Exchanges

  • If the item is defective out-of-the-box, you may request a replacement or exchange instead of a refund.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


🔹 Warranty vs. Returns

  • After the 14-day return period, defective items are covered under the manufacturer or CompuArt local warranty (up to 3 years depending on the product).

  • Warranty claims are processed separately from returns.
